<pre>I have been able to successfully install JCVSlet. When I try to access a
sample project that I setup, I receive the following message:

Error Message

Failed opening project:

IOException opening project: checkout of 'example' failed: ** The command

completed with an error status.

I can check the project out of CVS via the command line. What am I
missing? Thanks

<pre>I would need to see your configuration file, and also nice, a log file from the
checkout. Do you have the cvs server setup for pserver mode, which is the
only supported connection method in the current release?
