hi,

I have recently installed jCVS client and our cvs server in on linux machine. I
want to use edit plus for opening and editing files of working directories but
the problem is that i am not able to configure Action.verb commands properly.
Once i configure it for edit command it works but as soon as i configure for
open command, edit command does not work.
One more issue is of double click on a file, it gives configuration errors.
Do i have to configure action.verb commands for every extension of file or there
is some way to configure one editor for all types of file extensions.
This is how i am configuring :
in new window i put ".php.edit" and in command i give the path of editplus exe
file like this "C:/Program Files/EditPlus 2/editplus $FILE".

Please help me. If there is any document pls let me know.

Thanks

The online documentation addresses these issues, please refer to this for more
details.

As for "default" actions, the documentation says:
You may define default verbs using '._DEF_.verb' definitions to handle
extensions \ that are not defined, or files that have no extension. You can
handle specific files with no extention, for instance 'Makefile', by defining
'.Makefile.verb'.

It is not clear to me why the "open" verb would affect the "edit" verb. This may
be a bug, although I have never seen it before. Please let me know if you have
any more details about it.
