Please post the protocol trace log file (should be named 'cvslog.txt').

I suspect that the problem is your creation of the CVSEntry by hand. This is not recommended, as it is hard to get it right. Try using CVSProject.locateEntry() instead:

If you call CVSLog.setLogFilename( null ) before any logging has occurred, or if you call CVSLog.closeLog() followed by CVSLog.setLogFilename( null ) after logging has occurred, then the logging is disabled. If you disable logging before the file is created, then the file never exists.
