Guys,
We are planning to create a repository on a WinCVS server, and using the JCVS library, and we are unable to do that. Can somebody help us out here ?

Thanks,

Please refer to the method performCreate() in the class CreatePanel in the com.ice.jcvsii source code. This code does exactly what you want.

I saw and tried the method, and it looks like it is being used to create a new module with an existing CVS repository, but what I am looking at is, creation of an empty repository on a fresh installation of CVS. Or am I missing something ?

Remote creation of CVS repositories is not supported by the client/server protocol (unless something was added recently). This requires direct access to the CVS server.
