Is there a configuration issue with jcvsweb and cvsnt? I am able to connect to my cvsnt server (on localhost) through command line and through wincvs. However, when I attempt to checkout a project for viewing via jcvsweb using the same CVS Root (D:\CVS\cvsroot\) I get a "cvs [server aborted]: Couldn't chdir to working directory D:/CVS/cvsroo: No such file or directory" error in the relevant log file.

I am wondering if their is a problem with Windows file delimiters or if I need to adjust permissions for my app server for cvs directories?

It seems that upgrading my cvsnt server to version 2.5.03 and changing the name of the repository to /home/cvsroot (from C:/home/cvsroot fixed the problem).

Please post jCVSWeb threads to the JCVSWeb forum.

Your problem might be that the release you have is not compiled against the com.ice.cvsc package that supports CVSNT. Please try to upgrade to the latest 1.4.3 JCVSWeb to see if the problem persists.
