Problems working with new CVS server (SuSE93-linux) by using  XML

After a change to SuSE93 on the CVS-server, jCVS is not able to perform any operation (excluding a successful authentication)

During a complete new checkout or an update of already existing files, i get the following error message

A jCVS test was OK so far but at the end there is the message

It seems to be a pure client problem since on the Linux side i see some strange effects when working with an older Cervisia client (e.g. SuSE 9.1) as well but not when i use the command-line cvs commands on linux. In the last case, everything is working fine.

Is there any solution already existing (a jCVS parameter/option to tune) or will it be a part of the next release?

Is it possible that something changed?

I mean, for example, did the xinetd cvs options change (missing --allow-root)? Some other file permissions?

What I see looks like CVS not liking the repository.

Yes of course, the file permissions changed due to the new Linux installation.
Previously initd has been used and now it is xinitd but with the same options.
As described, the problem occurs with jCVS only, the command-line cvs is working correctly for several Linux versions running on the host computers.

Oh, I haven't even known about it. Thank you! I wanted to write one program for resume writing services, but I didn't know how to do this.
